Improve Your Comfort & Performance
The bike should be an extension of the rider. You should be able to ride for hours in comfort on your bike because your weight is supported on the bike, but we see and hear so many people that are uncomfortable on their bikes, and this is not the way it has to be. Most people just think, ‘well this discomfort is part of riding,’. Not true, you can ride your bike in complete comfort if you are fit properly.
A fit is the most important detail that is overlooked by the majority of cyclists I talk to but should be the first thing a person does when they get a new bike. If your bike is not properly fit for you, you will have saddles issues, knee discomfort, lower back pain, hand numbness, etc. The list can go on. A proper fit is also not just saddle height but a process between the fitter and the client.
Here at the shop our process has been refined over years of practice so that we can help every rider be more comfortable on their bikes. Whether you are a commuter getting to work by bike, a weekend racer, or someone that just wants to ride their bike in comfort we can help you out.
